About the Big Cats Drive Thru at Casela Nature Parks<\/p>

Who would have thought that in this tropical paradise, you\u2019d be able to encounter the most recognised members of the Big Cat family? Casela Nature Parks is famous for its big cats, and the Big Cats Drive Thru presents a wonderful opportunity for you to get up close and view the lions and tigers that roam the park.<\/p>

During this fantastic tour, whilst on-board the Safari vehicle, you will be taken into the Big Cats’ grounds in search of the big cats.<\/p>

After meeting your driver and guide for the trip, you will board the caged Safari vehicle. As the engine fires up and while the ranger opens the secured gates, you will be able to hear the roars in the far distance.<\/p>

The first stop is to see the Bengal tigers, with their iconic orange colour and dark stripes. But you\u2019d also be pleasantly surprised to know that Casela is home to one of the rarest species of tiger in the world – the impressive white tiger. With its creamy white coat and blue-gray eyes, these majestic beasts will leave you in awe.<\/p>

It won\u2019t be long before you will come close to the most famous big cat: the Lion. Also known as the king of all animals, lions do a lot of sleeping, but if you are lucky, you will see them striding majestically about their terrain or playing around. This is your chance to get some once in a lifetime photographs of these fantastic big cats.<\/p>

The Drive Thru activity is offered to participants of all ages.<\/p>

There is no contact with the Big cats and you view them only from the safety of the fenced vehicle.<\/p>

Food & Drink are not allowed inside the Parks<\/strong><\/p>

Please note that giraffe observation & feeding are not available on Mondays & Thursdays.<\/p>

Access will not be granted without presentation of a ticket or voucher.<\/p>

You are requested to arrive at the park 45 minutes before your activity time.<\/p>

Visitors shall sign a disclaimer form before taking part in this activity.<\/p>

A visitor under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian, at all times. The legal guardian shall sign the disclaimer form on behalf of the Minor.<\/p>

IMPORTANT NOTE: Foreign Language Clients: Participants should ensure that they understand either English, French or Mauritian Creole, which are the languages used to explain the safety procedures of the activities. Unless clients (who do not understand any of the mentioned languages) provide a translator, they cannot take part in any of the activities that include a safety talk for safety reasons.<\/p>

Safari Bus is a complimentary activity offered with the entrance ticket and if missed, there will no refund\/rescheduling.<\/p>

Health & Safety Notes<\/strong><\/p>

Please do not scream, shout, kick, slap or jump up and down while in close proximity to the animals; it may scare the animals and cause an accident.<\/p>

All participants must be physically and mentally capable to perform a particular activity.<\/p>

Participants should not have any major hearing or visual impairments. If the health and safety<\/p>

restrictions for your activity are not respected, “NO” refund will be considered. These rules are for your safety.<\/p>

Activities are still carried out in rain, and no refunds will be given if a client chooses to not participate.
